My thing is, I would probably have to gain weight to realistically lift that consistently

And is it a smart idea for people to really gain enough weigh to be lifting 505?

And it’s important for humans to get as strong as possible
And strong in all areas

Even though ima keep it a billion
Humans really are pack hunting chase you down type of predators, endurance and being able to sprint or run for an extended amount of time I believe is what we should also be striving for as far as being the optimal physical fit human

The average 30-45 year old I don’t think could swing 5-6 monkey bars.

This guy is pretty impressive he weighs in the 150s yet lifting 405. Granted he doing it for 1 rep, i still think we overestimate how big people have to be to lift heavy

Some folks have genetic traits that assist them in powerlifting too. Like the best bodybuilders have great genetics for building muscle mass.

There’s a woman who weighs 135lbs benching 315lb because she has specific tendons that act like levers that spring back forcefully to get the weight up easier than the average person.

Everyone can get stronger but most people will never be able to get over 400lbs bench pressing natty.

He strong as an ox but it ain’t worth it man. Did that shyt with zero help with just wrist straps and without arching his back too (which is very impressive).
His back was arched, just the huge muscle and fat makes it look otherwise.
