Benny the Butcher- Burden of Proof (Discussion Thread)

I'm gonna chill for real until tomorrow, but there's no doubt (not even a reasonable doubt ) that Benny's flows and cadences are crazy elevated over the past couple years.

I know people are gonna always say Tana Talk 3 (2018) is his best album, and as an overall package I agree, but a lot of it was recorded in 2016 and 2017 when his flow was way more basic and predictable. If there wasn't a "rhyme like Benny" thread on here then there should have been. Even on some of his best guest spots a lot of his flow was mad predictable.

He stepped that delivery up big time on Plugs I Met and even more on here. Respect to Benny and Conway for both leveling up their bars and flows and deliveries in 2020.

Im in here with anticipation for the album, but I cant disagree with Benny being the best rapper on Earth? Its more logical that he isnt compared to Big Sean being as weak as cats on the 'coli' think he is.

He may not be the best rapper on earth but he's dope enough to where it's not a total batshyt crazy take. Saying Benny is the best rapper isn't as crazy as saying Jay Worthy is the best rapper or anything like that.

He's easily one of my 5 favorites at the moment. Would I say he's the best? No but he's getting better and better, and he was really fukking dope when I first heard him in 2016.
