Let's not play this game because the same could be said for all of Griselda breh

Negro just hit me the other day and asked have I heard Benny /2Chainz joint .

Negroes offline were definitely talking and playing BOP. Not heavy , heavy of course but it got traction offline . Cant say that about ANY of Gibbs projects .

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
you can also expect it to be their best because there is some competition there. so no one can come in half steppin. there have been times where Con got Benny and vise versa. Benny feel like he pushing the brand and Con feeling like people are overlooking how skillful he is. cant see either one taking a step back on this one.
Facts. I tell nikkas all the time. Conway is lowkey the best lyricist in Griselda but he get slept on like crazy.

I think people listened to that album funny if they went into it comparing them on that level. Spitta and Gibbs sound much better if you look at it like Spitta lobbing up the ally for Gibbs to dunk the ball. I think Spitta plays his position on their songs and is going more for a vibe, as opposed to trying to bar everyone to death.

Gotta disagree here, going into Scottie Pippen blind/on a first listen, Spitta kicking it off was actually spitting/spit one of the best verses I've heard from him career wise, breh was rappin, rappin. He just simply got eclipsed by a better rapper. That whole thing started the Freddie/Alch collab wishlist.

Now on Tell A Friend, the balance was a bit more even, but Gibbs was on cruise control.

There’s def times Spitta has the better verse than a lot of his collabs but his delivery is so nonchalant people sleep on his lyrics.

Benny wasn't the reason he asked :pachaha:

But regardless, forget your dusty friends. If I bring up either one of these dudes, I'm gonna get a whole lot of :dahell:

At least with Freddie right now, I'll hear "ain't that the nikka that ran with Jeezy?" or "wasn't that one of them albums nominated for a grammy?"

Benny's name ain't gonna get a whole lot of traction outside of people who already know, and there are but a few of us, Shady deal with Griselda and all

Yeah that’s a fact. Couple of my boys of FB started posting about Benny starting w BOP. One posted about the new album last week & couple of his boys in the comments were like you late, I told you etc. Cant say any of that for Gibbs

part of that is his fault though. he gets stuck in that bag most of the time when he is much more of a versatile lyricist. he kinda pigeonholes himself. he is starting to break out of that more now though and show more of his range. what Benny does, he is the best at, but Conway is more complete.
