That shyt really gets you addicted to associating eating with being over stuffed. You get some fast food which is already too much calories, then you add a coke on there and you're even higher over your limits. Then a few days later you have a regular home made meal with some water to drink and an hour later you hungry again because you think being full is eating 2000 calories in one sitting.

your stars are but dust on my shoes
WTF you think the coli full of championship level boxers. dawg if Bernard Hopkins runs up on you yo ass better flee.

Yes, a professional boxer would wash most people on the street.

Yes, BHop's longevity in the sport of boxing was incredible.

No, BHop was not dominating the sport of boxing at 51, like it was claimed in the first post. At 51, father time caught up to BHop, and the world saw him knocked out of the ring straight into retirement.

Yeah I don't drink much soda but I can understand how to some it would feel like a narcotic that will send you into cold sweats if you don't have it :usure:

I have soda/pop once every several months, to years at this point.

I think I had a Mountain Dew slushie with tequila in it, and it'd been so long since I had had something that sweet I saw stars.

This thread is right on time. I stopped drinking soda 2 weeks ago and started reading again to better myself. Since giving up soda colors like green and blue seem brighter. My attitude is a little better as well. Let it be know that I usually drink 1-2 liters of soda daily.
:francis:

Of course

In my back sliding days like in college I could down a 12 pack in 6 hours easy
:picard:
I can't drink anything like that, not even water or beer.

really? It's the opposite for me.

A slushy soda :ohlawd:

When all I drink is water, I don't wanna eat. I don't wanna go out. I just wanna go to sleep. When I just drink water, I'm a borderline narcoleptic.
Your body is probably used to the caffeine and sugar.
You have to just get yourself up by force and you'll start to fight the sluggishness.

:merchant: that bytch got you hooked
Ppl say th same thing about coffee. Dudes at work drinking 4 cups of coffee by 2pm and shyt
Coffee makes sense because of the caffeine at least.
I think I drink it every day, but I'm usually up for a few hours before I even touch it.
