2 senators.

Wow.

Big support there :heh:

Again, Warren never should seek higher office until she has:

1. Way more legislative support
2. Way more wins on the board. She has no serious marks under her belt

She's precisely what should be in Congress making changes on behalf of Americans...and now you want to move her out of that position...why? So you can bytch that you're missing another Elizabeth Warren?

I remember before she even GOT elected...dudes wanted her to run...now she's in, and now ya'll want to just move her up.

Let her accomplish some things and change some things first.

What can Elizabeth Warren do in the senate that she can't do in the White House? How is she better utilized there?

Warren can CREATE the very laws and regulations that she recites in her numerous stump speeches that brought her to Congress in the aftermath of the financial crisis.

Presidents can introduce bills buddy. They also have the high card in the form of the veto. She can still dictate the laws if we assume she can pass them.

There's very little benefit in accepting a corporate president so as to keep a progressive senator a senator. This is just an extremely dumb argument

Doesn't matter. Theres few people as liberal as Sanders and Warren in the Senate, much less, all of Congress. There needs to be a congressional mooring upon which to carry a mantle into the white house.

Stop skipping steps and trying to work backwards. It doesn't work that way.

Warren knows the presidency is pretty weak with a republican congress. The thing is Warren should have endorsed Sanders as they seemingly share many values. More than she shares with Clinton. Warren isn't a fool though. She knows Sanders is a long shot and doesn't want to take a political stance against the Clintons. She won't endorse Clinton because they aren't on the same side but yet she won't endorse her opponent either.

Shes a coward looking for an appointment :dame:

The religion-hating crowd on here being type quiet when it comes to the Black church and its reactionary political effects on the community. :sas2:

I'm the last person to go out of my way to defend religion, but that has pretty much nothing to do with voting for Clinton. :beli:

It's just name recognition and loyalty to Obama. All the rest of this is just over-analyzing.

Someone was just in here or one of the related threads mentioning how several of their relatives didn't vote for Sanders in part because he's not a Christian :beli:
