I live in a red state so I'm going to vote my conscience and pray for the electoral college to get bushed.

Thing is, the ridicule, peer pressure and even threats behind 'blue no matter who' have been flipped and it ain't no fun when the rabbit got the gun.

This may sound crazy but the "watch the world burn side of me" wants to see Trump win if we cant get Bernie in there. By 2024 we'll have more than likely gone into a deep recession, the climate crisis will start spiraling out of control, we'll have a mich larger population of youth and young adults who are disgruntled and fed up with the status quo, we may even get into a long bloody conflict with Iran. All of these things will be blamed on Trump and his maga cult. The DNC may be forced to run a left wing populist. Or we may even see the rise of true progressive 3rd party. This is just wisuful thinking.

I'm not so much worried about people on the left not voting for Bernie if he get's the nom, there might be a couple people in the middle/upper class that decide not to but not enough to make a huge difference. What I'm worried about is how much the DNC, for all their fear mongering, stopping Bernie is more of a priority than beating Trump.
