I didn’t watch the video yet, but his presidential run was during his second term. He probably missed the majority of senate votes in 2015, and 2016 while he ran for president.

Bernie has got to go, he is senile and an idiot.

Said Trump was the most racist sexist bigoted president in US history :gucci: Like Jim Crow, Slavery, Tuskegee, Tulsa Riots, numerous times when the federal government overlooked a lynch mob terrorizing and murdering black americans.

This dude is clueless. Sick and tired of these geriatric fukks, we need young blood in our politics asap

Thread title is purposefully misleading. He missed 70% of the votes in 2016. He's participated in every vote since July 2017 :stopitslime:

This is a stupid and naive thread. Obviously he missed votes during 2015-2016, he was running for fukking president.
Barack Obama also missed 70% of the Senate votes in 2008.

If you think Bernie Sanders wasn't in DC voting when his vote was needed, you're wrong.

The Voter's Self Defense System

Look at the bills he "Did not vote" look at the votes.

April 7, 2016 S Amdt 3483 Establishes Standards for Passenger Space on Airplanes Amendment Rejected - Senate
(42 - 54) Did Not Vote
March 14, 2016 PN 1152 Nomination of John B. King to be Secretary of Education Nomination Confirmed - Senate
(49 - 40) Did Not Vote
Feb. 4, 2016 S 2012 Energy Policy Modernization Act of 2015 Cloture Not Invoked - Senate
(43 - 54) Did Not Vote
Jan. 21, 2016 S J Res 22 A Joint Resolution Providing for Congressional Disapproval Under Chapter 8 of Title 5, United States Code, of the Rule Submitted by the Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency Relating to the Definition of "Waters of the United States" Under the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Cloture Not Invoked - Senate
(52 - 40) Did Not Vote
Jan. 20, 2016 HR 4038 American Security Against Foreign Enemies (SAFE) Act Cloture Not Invoked - Senate
(55 - 43) Did Not Vote
Jan. 19, 2016 PN 367 Nomination of Wilhelmina Wright to Be U.S. District Judge Nomination Confirmed - Senate
(58 - 36) Did Not Vote
Dec. 3, 2015 HR 3762 Restoring Americans' Healthcare Freedom Reconciliation Act of 2015 Bill Passed - Senate
(52 - 47)
Dec. 3, 2015 S Amdt 2915 Defend Our Capital Act of 2015 Amendment Rejected - Senate
(54 - 45) Did Not Vote
Nov. 5, 2015 HR 2685 Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2016 Cloture Not Invoked - Senate
(51 - 44)
Sept. 28, 2016 HR 5325 Continuing Appropriations and Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017, and Zika Response and Preparedness Act Bill Passed - Senate
(72 - 26) Did Not Vote
Sept. 28, 2016 S 2040 Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act Veto Override Passed - Senate
(97 - 1) Did Not Vote

None of those votes were decided by a single vote. The closest one was 52-47, and it was one the many health care bills, so it's not like he's missing pivotal bills either.

Yup. As I said earlier, if you run for president you are going to miss votes. I didn’t even have to watch the video to know it was nonsense. I don’t get why people attack Bernie on bullshyt like this. There are legit criticisms of Bernie they could focus on if they weren’t trying to be hacks.

I have no problem with this.

I’m not a big Bernie fan, but would have no problem supporting him if he ended up going up against Donald Trump.

The Republicans control every branch of government, so it doesn’t really matter if he votes or not :manny:

They attack Bernie Sanders because he represents actual progressive liberal policies (i.e. what every Scandanavian country has been rocking for decades...)

Meanwhile, the corporate "democrats" are just republicans masquerading as left-wingers.
And the republicans are full blown nazis.

That's also why the Democrats completely rolled over and let the republicans stonewall them during the Obama administration, meanwhile they work across the aisle once Trump is in office.
When they have power, they don't use it so they can pretend they're still liberal while offering no actual liberal policies then blame it on republicans stonewalling. And then when they're not in power, they can help the other side continue their far-right policies.

This has been going on for damn near a century. Same "democrats" who blame George Bush on Ralph Nader.
Let me let you in on a little secret.

Barack won and Bernie lost.
And? :heh:

I was pointing out that when you run for president, you miss senate votes.

Thanks for cutting my post down to two sentences to make a irrelevant, blatantly obvious remark, though. Not like I refuted the belief that Sanders' missed votes had any tangible effect. :stopitslime:
