You need just free wifi, which is probably more complicated & expensive.

The internet should be treated a like a utility.
Net neutrality should be back.
States should be required to provide broadband to their citizens and the standards should be controlled at the federal level.
And funds should be allotted for these projects not dissimilar to how the government provides funding for transportation projects.

Digital production. Photo-editing/graphic design, video-editing, Game Design and Development, programming can be done on laptops im sure running massive servers need more than a handheld, engineering jobs with CAD, 3D modeling

not to mention PC gaming is still booming

Stop! Companies will still use computers and will continue to use them in the future. Think the financial services industry and it's 14 trillion dollar services be run on mobile devices.

Computers are not going anywhere.



Also, faster internet speed and more accessibility to the internet grow economies. I thought this is a widely known reality.
