Become a sales rep in high end deals. Make agreements with companies. Ask for a percentage of net profits for any deal you close, don't accept a salary.
Target a select industry that is growing or constantly making billions annually and do your homework. Construction is an example of an industry you can target.
Make contacts, research and practice your technique on a daily basis. This will involve cold calling, being persistent and not making money for a while. But all it takes is that one sales agreement to possibly change the course of your life. To go off what someone above said, we are all salesmen. It's just a matter of what you choose to sell on a daily basis.
