their mainstream appeal maybe limited but their underground is pretty impressive over in the 90's and 2000's

I was thinking about Boston hip hop. I thought they'd have next in 08. I liked term and reks. Haven't heard most of those dudes but reks dropped a near classic so I'm picking him. Who can be better than reks

I'm Hard Like D-Block Readin The Book Of Enoch...
slaine is a beast, and is actually learning how to structure and make new rhyme patterns&rhyme over different beats

the original A World With No Skies was damn near a classic,a shame they couldn't keep some of those beats, cause the version that dropped was far more lackluster..

his last joint was solid, but he should have used a few different producers to vary the sound..The Devil Never Dies damn well should have been an album, was pretty solid..

not to mention all his work with La Coka, sickest cac's ever..and that Special Teams joint he did on Duckdown was highly underrated as well..

then again i relate a lot to dude being a fellow cac from the jects, some of his family shyt, drug habits, and just a smart goon that even thy ject ninjas can feel and understand..cats like Ill Bill,Apathy,Diabolic, etc can be to verbose and "out there" but slaine melds hood, lyrical, storytelling, realness, honesty, and has a non cac-ish voice&delivery..

i'm surprised more cats don't fukk with him,he shyts on Eminem in terms of authenticity and honesty..and he's far more consistent then Em

Reks is dope as fukk as well,so is Jaysaun, who the list neglected to mention..
