Community activism. Find a group to join or start one. Doesn't have to be large or formal. Start with friends and family, discuss recent events then go from there. Definitely target the youth and do all you can to educate them on the past and current conditions. As stupid as it sounds, first question to ask them is do they know what racism is. Ask for examples then break it down to them. You'd be surprised how many really don't know.

You know any black people around you? Its time to get involved within your community breh.

I know this is not the grand sweeping response you are looking for... but find a black neighbor and talk to them.
Invite them over some day. Find more of them, invite all of them over one day a month to talk, eat. etc.

Believe it or not, this is how community town halls start.

I gotta snitch on myself though, Ever since i've moved, I've missed the monthly and bi-weekly meetings I had in Dallas with my community.
And I haven't done a good job of reaching out to the black community around here...

I think I need to practice what I preach.

You can look up where these officers live using public data and spread it thoroughly around the internet. Gotta start hitting these pigs in their sty. It's the only option.
