There isn't a real "black" community to support any "group" endeavor...

Maybe not as a whole at this moment, but I'd rather have my money going to somebody that will hopefully circulate at least one or two more times within the community vs giving it directly to a corporation that will simply hoard it or donate it to fund an organization that doesn't align with my views as a tax write off.

1) We need to raise enough capital and pay off politicians that will do whatever it takes to go against the system in a good way. Even if it takes corruption to get it done. These crooked cops need to be jailed, I would suggest also indicting the partners of police that commit these acts too to get them to talk. If one cop shoots, both get charged unless the accomplice "partner" talks. If 8 cops are there, all 8 get charged and whoever snitches gets their charges dropped until we find out what happened. They are partners right? They both came there for the same reason right? Isn't that how they do it in the real world, both get charged?

2) We need to pour a lot more energy and effort into local elections. I'm not saying this as a smart ass but do most of us even know who our locally elected officials are and their roles? And how we contact them? We know more IG models than we do elected officials. We have no excuse not to know seeing what goes on in our communities. They are getting free passes if we aren't bugging the hell out of them on at least a monthly basis. Once we get them elected, we need them to pass bills and propose laws that will severely hinder law enforcement for acts like this, this includes mandatory minimum sentences and severe fines/levies on tax dollars (they are riding around killing us and beating us to a pulp and hopping back in 2016 impala police cruisers with no worries). They should be providing internships or jobs for the youth and underprivileged throughout the year...yes, the money is there.

3) We need to raise our children to want to be involved in the 3 branches (no matter how much disdain we have for them) so we can police/judge/legislate our own communities. These acts should embolden us to take the system over, not marching, singing, tweeting and praying.

4) A lot of people will not like this one. In the distant future....Once we get more involved in policing and law making, we start a snitching campaign on criminals in our community. Something like, "I love you but I'll snitch" similar to citizen action patrol. If they know everyone will tell and they will go to jail, I guarantee the numbers will sharpy decrease. Remember, at this time the sentencing will be a lot more fair and there will be tons of outlets for youth. Sorry but these old head criminals gotta go.
