Never will there be a more amazing intro than this its also the best thing Sparky D ever did....drink mountain dew!

All these mentions of tracks that don’t even open the album :snoop: if it’s two it can’t be one
:yeshrug: Depends on how you view an intro. To me the intro to capital punishment and it was written would be Beware and The Message, and not the skits that preceded them.

If it were more specific like, “it has to be track 1 of any given album” then obviously I wouldn’t have posted those.

I feel like it’s kind of open to interpretation of it’s not specified.

I fall on the side of it being whatever opens an album. Take Nas for example. To say NYSOM, The Message, and NYSOM Pt 2 are the intros for illmatic, IWW, and ...I Am feels disrespectful and ignores what are opening tracks that set the tone for those albums. Also comparing Stillmatic’s Intro, King’s Disease’s Intro, Untitled’s QGTM, and God’s Son’s Get Down feels different because those are actually the first things you hear from those albums. It sets it off differently. Just my opinion.
