Brehs does anyone know about the Best Buy warranty program? I have a TV I got last summer that isn't turning on anymore. I don't know if their was a surge because it is connected to a surge protector and every other item connected to it is working...I have a 2 year...Can I just take it in and get a replacement?

Yeah I have the black tie plan the chick at the 800 number told me to take my tv I bring this damn thing up there they hit me with some we can't send in TVs over 46...Now I'm on the phone scheduling a tech to come...I haven't even had his thing 10 months it's still under the Sony warranty also.

Now I have to wait until the 7th of July for some tech to come and change the power supply.

Everywhere
Just go in with the TV, they'll bring up your warranty info, and swap it out.

Wherever whores go.....
OP if you have an extended warranty and it is not physical damage
You are most likely going to get credit for a new tv or a replacement.
Since it has already been over a year I doubt they would have the same TV. So enjoy your new TV

I have the extended warranty but I have to wait until the 7th for a geekquad person to come by and repair it they are changing the power supply.

The TV is still under factory warranty until August and I also have the Best Buy Black tie stuff...But I was reading they were saying that after 3 repairs that's the only time they will replace it...I don't even know if they have my model in the store I just hate that I lugged the shyt in there because they told me to I get there and they talking about they can only send in under 46 inches and I'm without my main tv until the 7th of July.
