While this would suck, I can’t front and say I wasn’t expecting this. I don’t its official yet, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it was. I’ve noticed bestbuy video game sections and movie sections shrinking drastically in the last year or so. I think physical sales of movies and games are being phased out little by little.

They had the exact same 20% discount on new games if you had Prime. Last year they cut it back to 20% off pre-orders only. I expect them to cut that back soon as well with Best Buy getting out the game
