My exact experience as well.The closest one to me closed down so now I got to drive 25 minutes to get to one. The one that closed was horrible. I'd order shyt online and it would take like 6-7 hours before it was ready for pick up. A few times I went in the store and they didn't have it waiting on me. After waiting like 20 minutes for them to figure out what was going on I just walked back and picked up a copy of the game I was scooping my damn self and had them just scan that one for me. Half the time when I wanted to buy something nobody was at the cashier area to check out so I had to go find somebody. But it was such a great deal I kept going back.
The biggest screw up I had with them was from when I preordered the collectors edition of Metal Gear Solid The Phantom Pain (And the coli knows how big of an MGS fan I am).
This was when I first signed up for GCU. I did it online. A few months later MGS preorders opened up so I went online excited as hell. I logged in, put the preorder in my cart and noticed that the discount wasn't being applied. I called customer service and they told me to go down to my local best buy. I get there and they can't figure out why my discount wasn't being applied. By the time they figured it out, preorders had been closed. I got a manager, called corporate, and explained the whole situation to everyone and no one offered any solution. I ended up preordering the game at the gamestop right next store for full price. This all happened within about 3 hours from the moment they opened up the preorders.
There have been a bunch of times where I'll catch a sale for a popular game and I want to make sure I can get it, so I order it online for store pick up so I don't run the risk of someone else scooping it up. Everytime I've gone to pick the game up it has always taken them no less than 15 minutes to find where they put the game.
Like I said, the prices have been so good I was willing to overlook the service, but if this is over then so is my business with them.
I couldn't find it so I told Best Buy and had to wait a couple days before they could send me a replacement copy. I ended up finding the box in the bushes after the replacement arrived so I got a free copy 

That just shows me how out of touch with modern consumers Best Buy really is.
