No Hisoka is the most twisted. I'm not sure if you ever seen Hunter X Hunter but if not Hisoka will definitely have you squirming from not only what he does but the words that actually come out of his mouth towards "certain characters" The guy is the definition of twisted.

I've seen HXH Hisoka is a pedo but so is Muruko dude had an orgasm while fighting plus he made a vest out of the hair of all the opponents he's killed.
