Recently MONEY collaborated with Essence magazine, another Time Inc. title, analyzing more than 1,500 four-year colleges to single out the ones that offer the best value for African-American students. We focused on these factors:

State schools where they learn to assimilate. They really ain't learning anything different in a specific school like a black college so goto any diverse school so they can learn other cultures. I wish I knew how to be like a Carlton Banks but the hood is my DNA and face. I can't talk that talk and joke and play around with cacs, and other races like them co0ns

I'm more stunned Howard is ranked so low.

in most ivy's if your household income is under 60k you basically get free tuition and school financial aid will most likely cover room and board
