Per my upbringing, I reject white chocolate (and white flesh peaches)

There is a high end grocery store around Seattle called Metropolitan Market. They have a cookie there called "The Cookie," it's super rich filled with walnuts and Belgian chocolate. Apparently it took them 3 years to master the recipe on what they call the perfect cookie. It's legit and huge.

The chocolate chunk is better than chocolate chip, and I like any kind of vanilla or butter cookie with the buttercream icing.
