The problem with Vegeta is that he talked a lot of shyt but lost 75% of his fights. In fact nyggas would come through and beat up Vegeta just to show that they mean business.

I wish was still around so I could pull up that old thread I made about how many Ls Vegeta took.

Prince Vegeta demoralizing God of Destruction Toppo, and beating Prince Vegeta bringing him to his knees, with only power ups he earned organically thru training are more impressive than anything Kakarot has done.

That said, I voted Cell because Vegeta was too dope to just be a villain and ended up a permanent co-star anti-hero turned MC.

So Cell can take the title that Vegeta outgrew.
