Sonic is my 10 yr old's favorite.

Great for to see because I was a huge Sonic fan as a kid. It's what made me want a Sega Genesis.

Sonic is a gateway drug for kids to grow up and become furries. Just like goof troop and a goofy movie. Watch his intake of sonic and make sure he doesn't discuss games with cacs...

I recently was at Sonic's longevity when I saw that kids still fukk with him heavy. That merch go crazy

sonic is a weird case on longevity and sega really not realizing what they had at one point

The fact that Sega done dropped the ball so many times with Sonic over the past 20’ish years yet the IP can still be a billion dollar movie franchise in 2025… just speaks to the inherent gold mine the character was.

For varied reasons he just couldn’t keep pace or hit the same highs as Mario and Link in the gaming industry, but he was arguably if not definitely perceived as the cooler character among the youth.
