Netflix had some good docs on WWI recently

Not Hulu/Netflix but Amazon Prime has this documentary called "Gay Lives of Straight Lives" thats pretty eye opening. Also features the gym I used to pass everyday (was too intimated to join bc everyone is so hot there). About straight men playing on the gay football league, stripping, trainers, and business owners serving gay clients without being discriminatory.
