I don't remember the vast majority of episode names for any series but stuff like "Ozymandias" or "Pine Barrens" is easy to remember. Those are really iconic episodes.

For everything else I usually check Wikipedia. As far as "Dexter" I'd say "The Getaway" (season 4 finale).

I was watching Black Mirror last night and it dawned on me that White Bear is top three episode of any show I have ever seen, shyt os immaculate.
