The BMW is an E46...I like them but it's a bit dated. I'm not even sure if you could find one in decent running shape. Whatever you do, don't buy your car in Jersey.

I would get an 06+ 325/328/330i, you can get em for pretty damn cheap and they are much better than the 99-05s

Get that Pilot Talk breh, The CRV and Ridgeline are girl SUV's the Pilot gets a pass. I mean does it look feminine to you? Its a Honda so you know its reliable, AWD, 07 isn't that old so you'll have some good features and its standard v6 3.5. Cmon breh. I think the choice is easy.

I would say the BMW.
Another one not your list but is nice is an Infiniti G35.
