I don't know of any that allow texting overseas but I'll try to find one

Yeah I was gonna suggest that but I was looking for one that lets u do it without the other person having it. Google hangout is another one too, even facebook messenger is an option

textplus is the only dope one where both ppl dont need the app...

i bought 99 mins for 2 bucks so i could receive calls on it or whenever i have wifi access

Yep I use it for international calls and texting for business and people I don't want to have my regular number. That way I don't need 2 phones to know what's business and what isn't

I don't think there is a free international calling app. If you want to call someone for free internationally you gotta make sure they're using the same app.

I've used viber before. Worked good for me. Other person needs app too.
