Perfectly fried golden brown crust

Seasoned to perfection

A close second is a hole in the wall chicken and fish joint on the west side of Chicago name Whales

I was really about to say these tempura battered joints that were seasoned like regular but the chicken was dusted in like white pepper, paprika and brown sugar before they were dipped and deep fried.
