A lot of y'all are posting fried chicken you could do at your house. ..it's all about the breading. I find that the chicken and waffle joints are good but the breading is heavier and really extra crunchy for no reason. if you want perfect breading, try Korean fried. not trying to be a bandwagoner but their breading is perfect... light and crispy as fukk. .. 
... I'm sure it's a recipe online for those too. not saying you'll get either right off top tho.
