What are some of the best historical books you've ever read? I need some reading material. Preferably something from the past 80 years but anytime is fine if the book is good.

Alot of biographical stuff is good, ive read books on BIG and Dre recently 2 on mj and prince. Prince inside the music and behind the masks by ronin ro, was a good read, Man In the Music by joseph vogel goes in depth on all of michael jacksons albums even listing and reviewing some Unreleased songs that were cut off all his albums
