Best methods for online video conferencing?

Need video w/ phone-in option, free, stable, screensharing, international capabilities, etc

Any particular reason why you like one more than the other? My wife says Skype drops participants more often than she'd like.

Team viewer is dope. I don’t have any complaints about it. It integrates well with outlook and we just invite people directly from our address books. My experience with it is through outlook mainly so I don’t know how it works without it, or if it’s even available without it. I would imagine so since you don’t need it to participate in a session. I like how easy it is to switch the active screens back and forth. You can also draw on the screens and viewers can highlight areas.
