Best Pizza in America: Rochester and Pittsburgh?

I’m a pizza connoisseur. Whenever I travel to a place, I try their best pizza. I lived in CT and regularly ate New Haven pizza (Pepe’s Sally’s, Bar). I was in NYC a lot and tried the best of the best (my favorites are Una Pizzaria Nepolatana (sp?) and Lucali). I lived in Chicago too, and they have some good deep dish (it’s an acquired taste, but pretty good). My old company had a satellite office in SF. SF has a ton of good artisan pizza. It really surprised me. I lived in Phoenix and they have an amazing pizza joint (Pizzeria Bianco). Philly has a few good hidden pizza joints (Tocanelli’s, or however you spell it). I even ate halibut pizza I’m Anchorage. I don’t mess around.

My top 3 pizza cities would be; New Haven, NYC, SF (in that order)

Idk breh. New Jersey pizza looks serious, like it should at least take Sanfran. I gotta try it. What’s your worst 3 pizza states.

Worst three? Maybe Oklahoma (I tried their best place and it was terrible) and Indiana (also their best places sucked), and another state I can’t think of

I used to think there's no way NYC pizza can shyt on every place else. Until I actually had pizza in NYC. Places can jazz up their pizzas and do whatever but a basic ass slice in NYC shyts on all that. Pizza is my 2nd favorite food behind oxtail so trust me when I say NYC pizza is the GOAT

Yeah I used to get pizza from a place called Zuko's in Coraopolis outside of Pittsburgh whenever I had work up there. I can attest to it being good.

Nah, for real tho I've only had one pizza that I thought was nasty as hell. It's was at a convention center. I had never had a nasty pepperoni pizza before. My mind was blown because I didn't think that was possible.

Jets might have the crown. I’ve been to NY, Chicago, Italy etc. Jets is one of the only chains that seem to get every part of the pizza right from the ingredients to the way its cooked and the texture.

Worst Pizza I ever had was a joint in Lincoln, Nebraska. Second worst pizza I ever had was another joint in Lincoln, Nebraska. Rarely in my life been so disgusted. Third worst was in Lubbock, Texas. Iowa pizza deserves a dishonorable mention. Those deprived lunatics will rave about some shytty gas station breakfast pizza like it’s a delicacy.

You don't know what you're talking about in this case. One of the name pizza establishments in Chicago had home product line that they had regional distribution for in supermarkets.

We ordered and prepared it.

There are alot of Italian people in Pittsburgh for whatever reason, so the Italian food there in general is top quality.

Chi, Rhode Island, Boston, HI, Paris, London, Mobile, etc...

any borough in NYC has a slice that is gonna smack the kufi off any other slice on google earf.
