I'm in Phoenix for work, and this is accurate. I'm from Wisconsin originally and an overwhelming majority of the white women there that mess with Black men are complete trash. In Phoenix you have white chicks from all walks of life open to dating Black dudes. I'm not into pawging and have them hitting on me left and right. And like mentioned there's tons of nice looking Black women that prefer brothas but the dating pool for them is small. Majority of the brothas that stay here are corny ass fawk and/or only date outside their race. If you're Black and from out of town with your shyt together you can feast big time here.

To answer the OP; anywhere there is white people, I'm sure you'll be able to find a woman that will give you some play if you some game.

But also, and this isn't just to the OP, they're called white women. PAWGs is the word you use because you ironically realize how much of a self-hating clown you are if you were to say plainly, "where can I go to find a white woman?" I don't begrudge anyone's dating choices but let's call a spade a spade. If you're willing to Lewis and Clark across the country looking for a white woman you are a tap-dancing clown and a detriment to the race. But that's just my opinion.

Pawgs in the dc area have that high class p*ssy...you can get the pawgs in bunches from places like Cali and Colorado on some 420 "hey dude" type shyt.. But it's not the same quality that we have here on the east coast with those dressed in black city pawgs.

I can confirm D.C. If you see a black couple over in the richer parts of D.C. (Bethesda, Rockville, NOVA) there's a 50% chance dude is with a white woman.
