Park LaBrea? I used to play all my youth sports at Pan Pacific park. Way back when the Grove was a parking lot/Farmers market and those condos on 3rd and Hauser were tennis courtsthat's where I grew up. Around those "projects". I miss hitting up the grove after school....

yo the only 2 states i can reside in by choice is Cali and Texas
im in Texas now, and it is mad cool but Cali on another level
before i went to Afghanistan I was applying to shyt in Cali and i was told that they didnt consider any applicants who were outta state---
so i just said fukk it esp considering the cost of living---
but i cant even front- im jealous as fukk of cali nikkas man
i lived in Hawaii for a bit and the weather, women and personality of the people
but Hawaii is boring as fukk in a short time
i look at Cali as being like Hawaii but with mad shyt to do

I don't even really be in Northridge like that. But I know CSUN does have a decent number of black students....But overall the valley doesn't have a high concentration of blacks. Especially in the Glendale, Burbank, Toluca Lake, Studio City area, which are closer to Downtown LA...
