I was thinking of buying a store downtown off skid row where all the bulk sellers are... Nothing big just kinda use it as an outfit for office/thinkspace/ investment before the gentrification hits it hard and the property prices jump..
I was thinking of renting an office.......but i was gonna use it as a casting couch :patrice:

B Stock Solutions hosts a number of different auctions for companies that sell liquidated items. Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, Game Stop, etc. Genco Marketplace sells truckloads of liquidated items. Lots of money to be made there.

:ehh:

B Stock Solutions, have you shopped from them? They need special registration for some States. A reseller certificate?

And the reseller certificate can be issued to anyone? Do not have to be a registered business?

I think so. The certificate is a vendor's license and is just a way to make it known to the state that you're making taxable sales in the state and paying that revenue to the state. You can operate as a sole proprietor and I know at least in California, you don't really need to register anything to do that. I had an LLC in Ohio and it was only a one-time $125 fee to register.
