Best program for converting MKV's to MP4's on Windows?

Every time I use Handbrake it comes out in a funky size.

Any suggestions?

I haven't converted files in years but I used winavi

And by funky size you mean the file size or aspect ratio?

I know you can set both to what you want in winavi

if the video specs fit what you need for your mp4, you can just demux it and remux it back into the mp4 container instead of the mkv container
