so we gonna act like O.C. "times up" was more culturally popular & impactful than bone thugs?
drop "thuggish ruggish bone" AND "foe tha luv of $" only to get snubbed in favor of O.C. brehs.

props to him for cleaning that up in the latter polls.
big releases that drop towards the end of the year, tend to have legs and be more synonymous with the following year. there were a good grip of those in the year 2000 - jarule, outkast, Eminem.
