I'm fine with sub 1080p. No matter what the resolution every game looks better than 360 and some games look better than any game on ps4

First off infamous doesn't belong on the "best graphics" list it's not as limited as the other games, therefore the graphics aren't as good.
But the rest of them range from barely interactive movie, to corridor shooters with tons of scripted events/cutscenes. Those games aren't really comparable to games with larger/open levels, more enemies, customization, fast passed action, multiple explosions, diverse weapons, ect.
