Well first what u need to do, is recognize what businesses are predominately being patronized by the AA community. Whatever it is. I can't pretend to know, since I'm a humble handsome Afghan from Toronto.
You find out what those are so u can start your own alternative, and steal the business away from outsiders.
Nxt , you gotta get into real estate. You need to create some kind of company that buys up properties in predominately AA communities and provide mortgages at affordable interest rates to resident's
Owning the property allows for more pride of ownership and allows the AA community to have more of an invested interest in keeping the community safe-prosperous as they have a vested interest (property value)
Next you need to start having prominent and educated blacks to come back into the community to provide the basic services like legal services, accountants etc so they don't have to leave the community
Next you Need to start providing tutoring services and scholarship programs to increase the education of the community
Mentorship programs are key here.
Hand in hand with all of this, is the creation of a socio cultural organization that creates a permanent presence within the community and provides services like free breakfasts, cultural education etc
The black man and woman must be empowered and must recognize his or her identity outside of being your typical American.
