Get a 2007-2008 acura tl:ehh: those cars are ridiculous reliable:picard: two of my cousins have one and they tell me how great it runs even after 150k+miles:picard:

im referring more to ancillary parts, water pumps, solenoid issues, etc, etc. not necessarily core component problems such as the engine.

dont pay cash.. having $10k or whatever tied up in a car is crazy. especially w/ how low interest rates are...

you can easily get a check from your bank / credit union and finance a used Craigslist $6k car for 5 years and pay like $150 a month. and you have the ability to pay it off basically whenever

I was hearing this a lot. Is it really a lot easier to have the bank financed? I know my bank is on some BS sometimes so I never look at them seriously.

sry i didnt u responded

but yeah. you can go to any Bank / Credit union to get a loan. you dont need to have a bank account w/ them.

just walk into Chase, bank of America your local Credit Union, etc. there's a bunch of websites too. Lightstream

as long as the APR is good (under 3%) and the reputation is good, i wouldnt worry. although i would avoid Wells Fargo in general

I’m in this same boat looking for a used car. My Honda just blew a gasket. Y’all got me intrigued with these Acura’s my home girl for a 2000 Acura still going :jawalrus:
