are you a fukkin idiot? Hes playing at 4k resolution. Its a mod, has nothing to do with resolutions based on a set up. Thats how he chose to play it. You can get those graphics on 1080p without frame drops and $1000 computer. Even though the video posted here was 4k and 60 fps

so you think its worth it to get a 1440p monitor to hook up my ps4 to, right now im disrespecting myself and the ps4 by playing it on a 32' 720p tv, will a 25-27' 1440p monitor be worth the investment?

No, not for consoles. It only works if you can render at 1440p for computer monitors. Now you can get a 4K tv that upconverts to 4K, but 1440p monitors don't upconvert. Stay with televisions for console gaming.
