You want like ROMs and Emulators out the box?

Better check craigslist for premodded systems, you can get a Wii with emus on it for cheap.

A raspberry pi 3, with retropi (the emulator launch software) can play PS1 games and back (I think it can play PS2 games but I'd have to double check. I don't remember).
A mac is a computer breh, and yes, you can use it to set up the raspberry pi
