sell software. Get torrents of Office, Photoshop, etc.
Most likely you'll find a number of students that don't know shyt about torrenting and are desperate for a cheap alternative.
Get PDF's for books as well. You will be surprised how many students are not up on that yet

When I was in college staying in the dorms I used to sell CDs and snacks... nikkas would come in that joint off the late night with the munchies and I'd be getting paid off them dudes. My roommate used to be mad as shyt because people would knock on the door at all times.

Hell yeah I used to do this shyt. Find out what software different majors used and clean up.

You can also invest student loan money. When I was in college I had a recording studio a couple blocks from campus.

Throwing parties and booking shows is another way to make cash. Me and my boys brought T.I. and Jeezy to town on separate occasions.

Another score I had that was lucrative and fun was making a campus calendar featuring chicks from the school. This was an HBCU though. IDK how successful that would be at them other schools. We had plans to actually go to other HBCU's and do the same thing but that never happened.
