Burned of 1400 calories in a gym session, now im feeling like Goku wanting to go on a eating binge :sadbron:

cool, is it strictly apples tho? I know its rich in fiber, but do other fruits have the same effect like bananas?
I just remember reading an article specifically about Apples, I'm sure its density in fiber has something to do with it. But from personal experience as well, whenever I eat a nice big ass apple I feel pretty full. Honeycrisp apples :noah:

Listen to how/why youre hungry and feed only that macronutrient.

If you're hungry for a steak (protein hunger) drink a protein shake (or have that steak or chicken)
If youre hungry for a cookie or some bread(sugar/carbs) have some oatmeal or fruit (the apple he mentioned)
If you're hungry for someting greasy like fries (fat) have some peanut butter

If you feed directly to the need you'll get full much quicker and consume less calories.

I've heard that cinnamon is a pretty strong appetite suppressant. Throw some in a glass of water

For me...

A well balanced diet helps. Eating smaller meals more often helps (4-6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger meals). Drinking plenty of water helps.

I workout 1st thing in the morning and I'm always hungry after my workout. I have an almond milk, almond butter, hemp powder, goji powder, chia seed & honey smoothie after. I'm good for 3 hours.

I eat at 7:00am, 10:00am, 1:00pm, 4:00pm & 7:00pm and never feel hungry between meals.

I think it's normal to feel hungry after a good workout. When & what you eat before & after probably has a lot to do with how hungry you feel.

Drink a hot drink quells my hunger..

But TBH after burning over 1000 cals you bound to be hungry lol

but its definitely possible if you do a bunch of cardio and lift in a session.

The hungriest I ever was in my life was after the 2010 seattle (half) marathon...i was constantly hungry for like a day and a half it actually sucked LOL


but yeah, manny, you SHOULD be hungry after a work out like that...it isn't a craving...you're legit hungry. Have a meal :heh:
