Best white screenwriter for Black characters?

I gotta give QT his he writes the best dialogue in Hollywood. It doesn't matter who the character is man, woman, white, Black or Asian.

I want to say Thomas Lee Wright for New Jack City...I was looking this up the other day though, Barry Michael Cooper Co-wrote the screenplay, who I'm assuming is black...he wrote Above the Rim and Sugar Hill.
