Look, im not a nfl fan per say, i follow nfl players. cam was my guy, but after that incident in which he showed his aloofness towards the plight of the average black american, i just couldnt fukk with him anymore.

i followed my boy zeke and was hoping he would do well in the nfl - and he has. but dak has been the most impressive rookie player i have ever seen in my 25 years of watching the nfl.

you can call it having talent around him, but that same talent minus dak and zeke was there last year without romo and and they still werent shyt.

so dak got zeke, is doug martin chopped liver? isnt demarco murray beasting?

if anything, dak did more than any of those dudes in college because he didnt have nowhere near the talent they had at fsu or oregon in a much tougher conference and led them to a #1 ranking which is unheard of for mississippi state.

Yep keep in mind, just last year with this same line (granted, no Zeke, but come on) the Cowboys couldn't win a game without Romo. They tried Cassel who has won games, they tried Weeden who was a first round pick, and none of those guys could do shyt. It was just generally accepted before the preseason started that if Romo were to go down, they'd be fukked again. But now a healthy Romo can't even get back on the field. Tell Cowboys fans a year ago they'd be better off in 2016 with a healthy Romo on the sidelines and the entire DFW metroplex would laugh at you in unison. Dak is THAT fukking good.

I guarantee you if any of those other qbs were on the cowboys, they wouldnt have the same record of 9-1 or better.

This is tough. I don't think rookie year/21 year old Jameis would have the Cowboys at 9-1. I think 2nd year Jameis would have the offense a tad more explosive...but I don't think he would have done as well without Dez like Dak has. At least from a production standpoint.

Mariota would have similar success on the field, but I'm not sure he's grabbing Dez by the shoulder pads telling him to keep cool. At least as a 2nd year QB.Talent wise they are close, maybe the ceiling is higher for Mariota because of his athletic ability. However, to Dak's credit he's the lead alpha on a team full of alpha's right now.

It is remarkable what Dak has done.

Here's hoping Tampa wins its next two games so they can flex Tampa vs. Dallas for Sunday Night. Its being discussed right now.

Mariota plays very well in spite of being on a mediocre team. He'd eat good if he was running the Cowboys. This ain't a slight on Dak but it shows just how well tooled this squad is for a SB run.

romo was sidelined for more than half the season last year. before then the cowboys went 13-5. come on man.

He actually had a team very similar to the Cowboys. Had two really good recievers in D'runya Wilson and Jameon Lewis and a really good RB in Josh Robinson. That was a pretty good team that year
