Clearly he had a moment but this is what gets people to actually believe what they say is genuine. No scripted PR BS. This was a natural reaction. I don't live in Texas and don't want to, but I don't see how people vote for clowns like Abbott. Power grid failing during routine winter weather, his stunt at the boarder with the trucks importing food, and all the other stuff.
