That list dropped 12 years ago, just after The Blueprint. I think it even came out BEFORE Stillmatic dropped, because I remember thinking, "Oh shyt, Nas? I forgot about him" when I saw him at #5. And it was crazy/borderline treasonous at the time for Jay to be ahead of Biggie. Not many people were considering it before he dropped the "If I aint better than Big, I'm the closest one" line. Not a bad top 5 though.
