Mastermind is the better album.

That doesn't mean it's a good album, to me it's nothing more than God Forgives, I Don't Part 2 with an exception to maybe 3 songs.

Oxymoron has some strong production, but it doesn't do anything for me besides nod my head. I really can't listen to Q try to rap.

lets be honest, this poll is going to end in Q winning.. not because he put out the better album, per-say.. but because Ross doesn't seem very respected on here and is a fraud and all sorts of other things.

Yea and because Q is an Internet hipster favorite

w.e.. but the point is.. its like nowadays people judge shyt more on the artists themselves and respect they get amongst their peers more so than the actual art it self. Q is apart of a well respected group right now amongst "real hip hop" fans or hipsters.. where Ross is not and MMG seems like they're being turned on, or at least on the internet..

the "corniest" rapper who doesn't get much respect could drop an album on par or better than GKMC or Oxymoron but because the artist themselves is not respected in the eyes of hip hop fans and got Dre and Jay Z co signs.. it won't be admitted.

its the classic, follow what peers and the flock is doing. i don't give a shyt if so and so put out an album that was a 2/5 3 years ago and dresses like a homo, if their current project they just put out is being compared to someone elses whos more respected among the community but I feel their album is overall a more quality project than the more respected artist.. I'll give them the proper credit.

Both albums are actually really dope, but I gotta go with Q for this one. Although Ross brought his A Game, I feel like I've heard a lot of similar sounding music form him in the past. Q's album was like he took the best parts from Setbacks and HnC, added some steroids and experimented even more. The album isn't perfect, but it's more interesting to listen to in my opinon.

Oxymoron isn't better than Ross' worst album, ain't no way it's better than his best album.
