But NY in general has plenty of nice chill Black women in all the boroughs especially Manhattan and Queens

But questions like this are odd to me. I've seen bad women everywhere. Literally the only place I traveled to and did not see one attractive woman was when I was in okc for a conference...but I only stayed 2 days.
