The Better Business Bureau doesn't have the clout it used to but that was a very Trumplike response. Regardless of how much of a dinosaur that company is, he should at least care about his customers who are resorting to using it to try to get some sort of response or resolution to their issues.

He opens the vid complaining about the wait time as if he didn't know the wait would be that long when he made his purchase. That's like the first Tesla buyers complaining it took years to get their cars (which not so coincidentally were also wrought with quality issues....cuz, yanno they're a brand new car company.) A brand new sneaker company has speed bumps and y'all act it's the worst thing in the world:snoop:

The opening statement wasn't a complaint it was more of a fact that these shows did take 6 months to ship out. The shoes are clearly terrible in the video some of y'all just ignoring the fact because it's a white dude in the video.

Addidas is one of his main "competitors" and has D- BBB rating (per ESPN). They are a global company with a ton of $$.

ESPN/ABC/TMZ aren't going to run stories about Adidas BBB rating.
Adidas isn't losing sleep over their rating.

Why should BBB care? Because the media wants to sensationalize everything?

Because they don't have millions of customers like adidas does. If they really want to be a competitor of Adidas one day, they can't be laughing off customer complaints from the few people who have supported the brand. Like I said before, this isn't about the better business bureau, they're just the messenger. The people who are shelling out money for BBB right now obviously really like the brand and it is common sense to not alienate those people with poor customer service.
