I'm this close to calling Better Call Saul a better show than Breaking Bad
I think Breaking Bad had better highs; while Better Call Saul was more consistent.
It's absolutely a better show than Breaking Bad. The writer's had perfected their craft after working on Breaking Bad.

The only flaw is that the episode-to-epsidode pacing wasn't great; especially in the early seasons. It's a magnificent binge, but the writers were clearly focusing on season long arcs.

I stopped watching early when the first season was airing. Wasn't until I could binge the first 3 seasons till I realized what they were doing and could be patient because I trusted them to pay it all off. And they did.

When Lalo first appeared at the restaurant, you KNEW he was going to be a game changer.

Jimmy being stranded in the desert was his "Fly" episode.

Nacho's dad was probably the most moral character in the BCS/BB universe.

One more season to go. I absolutely hate Kim and Saul as the show goes on. I wish Kim got merked when the show finished. Sociopathic bytch. :pacspit:

Edit: maybe sociopathic bytch is too harsh, but she’s still a lowlife.

Finished it. Kinda take back what I said about Kim, but got damn, I got so pissed seeing all the shyt they do to Howie and knowing how his fate ends up. Poor Howie. :mjcry:

Saul, still an a$$hole. Such a great show that just makes these characters so multidimensional. You hate them one scene and the next one you can tolerate them.
